  • PDF

Article summary

There are 2 ways of adding a task to a question, see below for these:

Adding from the DPIA Template

To add a task to a question within the DPIA Template simply click on the flag icon highlighted below:

A popup will then appear allowing you to send this to any contributor within your DPIA. As you can see the question is already pre-populated for you:

Fill in the rest of the information in this popup and press 'Assign Task'. You will now notice that the flag next to the question has turned red, this indicates there is a pending task for this question:

Once the question has been answered by the assignee the flag will turn green:

You can still however at any point, no matter what colour the flag is, click on the flag and assign a task to a contributor within the DPIA.

Adding from the Task Tab

To add a task through the task tab and have this attached to the question first head into your DPIA and go to the 'Tasks' tab. At the bottom of the page, you will see the 'Add Task' button click this:

After clicking the same popup will show up from the previous guide however you will now notice the question is no longer pre-populated, simply select a question and press 'Assign Task' and all the flags within the DPIA Tab will act the same as if you added it through there.
