How to Add a Risk

To add a risk from the Risk Assessment tab click the 'Add Risk' button at the bottom of the page.

The below form will appear and gives you the opportunity to add the description details of your risk as well as the Initial Rating, Actions and Final Rating.

Once you are happy with the details entered click the 'Save' button to add your risk to your risk assessment.
