How to add a supported organisation

Before adding a Supported Organisation, please ensure you have read the Understanding Supported Organisations page.

Navigate to the Supported organisations page by clicking Organisation > Supported Organisations. To add a supported organisation click the 'Register New Supported Organisation' button at the bottom of the page, highlighted below. 

You will then be taken to the Organisation Registration process outlined below

1. Organisation Category: Select the most appropriate category for your organisation then click 'Next'. 

2. ODS Lookup: If your organisation is registered with the ODS enter your organisation name as it is registered, then click the Find button to autofill the ODS code. Once your ODS code has been entered then click 'Next'. If you are unsure of your ODS code you can search organisations here ODS Portal Search   

If your organisation does not have an ODS code, leave the text boxes blank and click 'Next'. 

3. ICO Lookup: Enter your organisations ICO number or use the search box to enter your organisation name as it is registered with the ICO then click 'Find' to autofill your ICO code.

Once your ODS code has been entered then click 'Next'. 

If you are unsure of your ICO number you can search the register here ICO Register 

If your organisation is not registered with the ICO leave the text boxes blank and click 'Next'. 

4. Organisation Details:  Enter your organisation details as you would like them to appear in the ISG then click 'Submit'. 

Please not that by ticking 'I Confirm that I am authorised to register this organisation' you are confirming that you have permission from the organisation to add them to the ISG as a supported organisation.

Your supported organisation has now been successfully registered in the ISG.
