How to Add an IAO/Contact for an Asset

Question 1.10 of the Asset Tab is where the Information Asset Owner or Information Asset Administrator is highlighted for the asset, this is populated from the Contacts Tab.

To add the IAO to this list you will need to ensure they are added as a contributor to the asset via the contacts tab, users with the role 'Information Asset Owner' or 'Information Asset Administrator' will be highlighted in this list automatically.

To highlight the Information Asset Owner for your asset select the check box next to the appropriate user.
