How to Add/Remove an Organisation

There are two ways to add an organisation to your asset, Quick Add and Look Up Add.

Quick Add

The quick add list can include your supported organisations or organisations that you regularly share with. To add an organisations from this list click the drop down box, select the organisations you wish to add, then click ok.

You can also search the Quick Add organisation list by typing directly into the box highlighted below.  

Select the organisation you wish to add from the list then click 'OK.'

You can select multiple organisation from this list if you wish, then once you are happy with your selection click 'Add Organisations'

Look Up Add

If the organisation is not in this list, click the Look Up button (highlighted below) to search the ISG directory. 

You can choose to search for the organisation by either organisation name or ICO Number, enter your criteria into the search field then click search. 

The results will be split into two, the first list are organisations already registered on the ISG and the second list is for the ICO register results. To ensure that the organisation has the appropriate access to the asset you must select the organisation from the first list where possible. To add an organisation simply click the 'Select' button next to the organisation you wish to add.

If the organisation you need to add to your asset does not appear in either list you can use the third section to manually enter the organisations details.

Remove Organisation

To remove an organisation click the bin icon highlighted below. This will also remove all contributors from this organisation.
