How to Clear Cache in Edge

  • PDF

Article summary

A cluttered cache can sometimes lead to unexpected behaviour in your browser, such as pages loading incorrectly or a slow response rate. If you are experiencing any issues like this while using the ISG, clearing the cache can often help resolve this. We recommend trying to clear cache for just the ISG first, then try clearing all cache if the issue persists.

If after clearing your cache you are still experiencing problems with the ISG please contact us at isg@mbhci.nhs.uk and we will investigate this for you.

How to Clear Cache for just the ISG

1. Click the Lock Icon next to the URL in the URL bar.

2. Then click 'Cookies and Site Data'

3. Next Click 'Cookies'

4. Then Click the website address.

5. Finally click 'Remove' then click 'Done.' You will then need to refresh your page and log back in to the ISG.
