How to Finalise an Asset

You can finalise an asset once it has received at least one approval no matter what the status is of the other approval requests. Local guidance may require further approvals so we would advise checking with your IG team before proceeding. Once an asset has been finalised it will become open for editing, if you would like the asset to remain locked until it is up for review please do not finalise the asset.

To Finalise you asset click 'Finalise'

All approvals will now move to the Approval History section at the bottom for future reference and you can now send for further approvals in the future if required.
