How to input your information into the DPIA Template

Introduction

To enter information into the DPIA Template first open the DPIA that you would like to edit and head to the 'DPIA' tab.

Here you will find 87 questions to fill in, none of which are mandatory. 

Within the DPIA there are 4 main forms of completing the questionnaire which are:

• Free Text
• Multi-Select
• Select One
• Date Picker

There are also some bespoke questions with their own style of answers such as:

• 1.1.20
• 1.2.4
• 1.2.6
• 2.5.5

These are very self-explanatory or pull-in information from other questions that you have answered within the DPIA section.

Functionality

The DPIA template works by simply dropping down the section you would like to answer, when you first get to the tab however the DPIA Template will always be fully collapsed allowing you to get to the section you want to edit quicker. To expand the sections simply click on the right-facing arrow next to the section:

This will then allow you to fill in the questions within the DPIA Template. When you are done filling in the questions that you wish to action in that session, scroll to the bottom of the DPIA Page and click 'Save' to ensure all your data input is saved.

Next to each question you will see the following icons:

These icons allow you to:

• Add a Task
• Add a Risk
• Add a Document
