How to Manage a Rejection

If an Asset has been reviewed and rejected by a contributor the Author of the asset will receive an email notification advising of this and further information will be detailed on the Assets Approval tab.

Any review rejections will be highlighted red and 'Rejected will appear in the status column.

To view the comments of the review click the magnifying glass.

As the asset has received a rejection the asset will now become editable allowing you to make any changes that you need. Once you have made the sufficient changes you can resend for approval by clicking the flag icon.

If there are any comments you would like to make when sending for re-review you can add them in this pop up, set a review date then click 'Request Re-Review'

The user will then receive an email letting them know that the asset has been modified and that you have requested a re-review. An item to review will also appear in the users In-Tray.
