If a user has not set a password within 24 hours of receiving an invitation to register they may require a new verification email to be sent to them.
To resend a verification email to a user first navigate to Organisation > Manage Users
Next click the envelope icon next to the user who requires a new verification email.
The user will soon receive a new verification email and can continue with their ISG registration.
