How to Review an Asset

When an Asset is due for review the all asset contributors will receive an email notification 1 month, 1 week and 1 day before the review date.

To review your asset click the icon in the action column.

If the asset still has live approval requests the asset will be locked for editing, please finalise the asset first to make any changes How to Finalise an Asset

Make any changes that are required to the asset and set a new review date in the approval page by clicking the below field.

You can now send the asset for approval again by following the usual approval process How to Request Approval
