How to Set a Review Date

To set a review date for your asset click the Review date field in the approval tab and select your desired review date from the calendar. 

The review date can be changed as long as there are not any active approval requests.

The date entered here will influence what date is shown in your asset register list. Notification reminders will be sent 1 month, 1 week and 1 day before the asset review date to remind the authoring organisation to review the asset.
