How to Update your Assurance Submission

Article summary

To update your organisation's assurance you must be one of the following roles:

  • Senior Officer
  • Administrator
  • IG/Project Officer

Your organisation's assurance can be updated at any time, you do not need to wait for the expiration date. 

Example:

Navigate to the 'Assurance' tab under the 'Organisation' tab.


Click 'New Assurance Submission'

Next complete the assurance form, entering the most significant, recognised information governance compliance standards that are adhered to by your organisation. If you are unsure please contact your organisations IG specialist for assistance with this information. 

Once you are happy to submit the assurance click the Submit button highlighted below. 

Please note that once submitted other organisations will be able to view your assurance along with any evidence that you have uploaded.
