Understanding the Inventory Page

Article summary

The Inventory lists all the assets that have been added for your organisation, these can later be used to quick add when creating a DPIA or Data Sharing Summary.  

The types of asset your organisation may wish to add here will be a data holding asset shared with organisation. Examples of these can be 

  • PAS System 
  • Administration System 
  • Appointment booking system 
  • HR Record/Payroll System 
  • Delivery Systems 

All users can add and manage an organisation asset except Viewer or Risk Reviewer. We recommend your organisations assets are added as part of your organisations set up process.
