Understanding the Risk Assessment Tab

Risks are generated and recorded in your Data Flow through the risk assessment tab. The system will look at the responses you give in the Data Flow and Privacy tab and use this information to generate a risk assessment. This then allows users to add actions, set a final rating and add in their own risks.

Import Risk Assessment

The Risk Assessment tab also provides the ability to import a risk assessment from another Data Flow. This may be required if you have copied a Data Flow and the risk assessment remains the same or if you have added a risk assessment to another Data Flow that is also applicable.
