As an ISG Super Administrator you will be responsible for the following tasks to keep your Admin Group running smoothly and ensure your group make the most of your ISG subscription.

  • Support your users with their day to day use of the ISG.
  • Assign and manage your Admin Groups licences.
  • Register Supported Organisations.
  • Manage user accounts for your organisations when needed.
  • Assist your users with unlocking their ISG user accounts if needed.
  • Answer Support Tickets that have been submitted or assigned to you by the ISG Central Admin Team.
  • Champion the ISG within your area, encouraging use of the platform.
  • Provide training and support to your users with the help of the ISG resources (Knowledge Base and Videos.)
  • When available, attend Super Admin workshops with the ISG Central Admin team.
  • Feedback to the ISG Central Admin team on any bugs you encounter or any suggestions for the system you may have.

As a Super Admin your account has a higher level of privilege and this must only be used for legitimate reasons. 

If at any time it is suspected that your Super Admin access is being abused the ISG Central Admin Team reserve the right to remove this access from your account.
